Cyclone "Phailin" hit the coastal states of Orrissa and Andhra, Thank God for the enormous arrangments made by the state and central government in evacuating nearly hald million of people to safer places. Inspite of all that around 25 people lost their lives and in many places properties and crops are affected. Let us thank God that no big number of human lives are lost.
On the other hand, as it happens in India. The big pilgrim centres are prone to these kinds of tragedy if prior arrangement are not made. Millions of pilgrim visit these famous pilgrim centres. Yesterday, in Ratangarh, Bhopal. In 2006 a disastrous tragedy had taken place in which about 50 pilgrim lost their lives. In yesterday's incident about 110 people have lost their lives.
