Curia Friars Excel in Cooking "Pollenta"

The Friars in Curia are jack of all trades. Many of us know cooking our national recipes  When there are some common gathering we do so our talents in cooking and every one enjoys the cuisine. Here below you see Br. Raffael, General Councilor trying his hands and knowledge too in preparing "Pollenta". It is made out of maze power which is boiled with cheese and other stuff. It is to be eaten with "Gorgonzola" a type of cheese which is popular in Milan.

 Oh, Let me try my hands!

 United we cook well. But too many cooks spoil the soup, it doesn't happen in Curia
 Yahoo, we did it. It is served on the table.
