This morning the General Minister began addressing the assembly pin pointing certain points which he spoke in details. He then pointed out certain issues to be discussed in groups like : Intercultural Fraternities, Collaboration between provinces, redefining the European conferences, requests of european dioceses to provinces outside Europe.
