Franciscan Fever is in the Air!!!!!!

It is a celebration mood that the Franciscans find themselves here in India, We are blessed to have a great number of men and women Franciscans. They are all doing a wonderful job evangelization. we have an organization called AFFI which is a family of all Franciscans who come together often, A lot of animation and formation programs are planned out......

Since yesterday the Indian Church is experiencing a lot of celebration to Mark the feast of St. Francis of Assisi. The SFO members come together for their recollection in order to celebrate the feast of the Founder and Father Francis. Yesterday practically all the Franciscan families had their recollections for the SFO members. Some of the places also celebrated the Transitus yesterday....

 Yesterday we celebrated Gandhi Jyanti and it was a holiday for all. So many Franciscans celebrated the TRANSITUS yesterday itself......some of the Franciscans will celebrate it this evening. I am going to participate here in Goa. It is being held at Monte Guirim.
